Want to lead an OWL trip? Tell us your idea! As long as the trip is open to all, we’ll help you out with funding, planning and gear.
Requirements for leading an OWL sponsored trip
- the trip must be open to all students at the 5C’s
Resources available to you
- OWL will subsidize up to $10- $15/person depending on the number of participants
- OWL will pay for the gas (you must provide receipts)
- OWL will organize an online sign up from to give all students a fair chance at signing up for the trip
- OWL will advertise your trip to the student body
- If you want help with planning, logistics, gear etc OWL will be there for you
- Trip Leaders may rent gear from OWL without having to provide a full deposit
